• Order information: what you bought, invoices, shipping and tracking details, and warranty or return records. Payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number.
• Communications: records of calls, texts, WhatsApp messages and emails with us. These help us provide quotes, support and warranty service.
• Website information: collected automatically when you visit, such as your browser type, device, IP address, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site. Cookies and similar technologies are used to collect this (see Section 4).

If you text or message us, we’ll reply about your quote or order. We do not send marketing texts unless you agree to receive them, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Mobile phone numbers and messaging consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

6. How long we keep information

We keep order and warranty records for as long as we need them to provide service and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. This is normally up to 7 years. After that, we delete or anonymize the data.
