These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of usaenginez.com and to any purchase from USA Engines & Transmissions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products

We sell used OEM engines, transmissions and related parts taken from vehicles. Used parts will show normal signs of prior use, such as cosmetic wear, surface rust or minor seepage. Photos on this website are for illustration, and the part you receive may look different. Mileage figures come from the donor vehicle and are given in good faith, but cannot be guaranteed.

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are given by phone, WhatsApp, text or email and are valid for 7 days unless we say otherwise. Prices are in US dollars and include the shipping cost shown in your quote. Applicable sales tax is added where required. Availability is not guaranteed until your payment is confirmed. If a part becomes unavailable after you pay, we’ll offer you an equivalent part or a full refund.

3. Fitment and vehicle information

We match parts using the vehicle information you give us. Please provide your 17-digit VIN whenever possible. You are responsible for making sure the year, make, model, engine size, drivetrain and VIN you provide are accurate. Before installation, your installer should compare the part with your original unit. We are not responsible for incompatibility caused by inaccurate or incomplete information, or by modifications to your vehicle.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when we receive full payment and send you a written invoice or order confirmation. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We never ask for your full card number over WhatsApp, text or social media messages. We may decline or cancel any order. For example, an order may be cancelled because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or because we can’t verify the order details.

5. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Shipping, delivery inspection, returns, restocking fees and cancellations are covered by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Warranty

Parts are covered by our Warranty Policy, which is part of these Terms. Except for the written warranty in that policy, and to the extent permitted by law, parts are sold “as is”, with no other warranties, express or implied. This includes implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Installation

Engines and transmissions must be installed by a qualified, licensed repair facility. We do not provide installation and are not responsible for the work of your installer. Labor costs are your responsibility, including any labor needed to remove a part under warranty.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a part or order is limited to the amount you paid for that part. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including towing, rental vehicles, lost income or lost time.

9. Payment disputes

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may provide our order records, communications and delivery confirmation to the payment provider.

10. Website use

All content on this website, including text, logos and images, belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be copied without consent. Vehicle manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer. We try to keep this website accurate, but it may contain errors, and we may update it at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they’re posted on this page. The Terms in effect when you placed your order apply to that order.
